Shipping availability is confirmed for your destination during checkout. This policy concerns physical kitchen appliances, cookware, kitchen gadgets, and accessories ordered from our store.

The usual processing period is about 1–2 business days. Once an order has been dispatched, expected transportation takes 3–5 business days. These two stages are distinct and their timing can vary; no arrival date is guaranteed. Review checkout to see whether shipping is free or a delivery charge applies.

Use a full and accurate address and provide current email and telephone details. Tracking is supplied as it becomes available, although carrier updates may lag. Contact us about excessive delays, possible loss, or a delivery scan that does not match receipt. For a marked-delivered parcel, check the surrounding delivery area and anyone who may have accepted it.

Retain packaging and take photos if a shipment is damaged. To help us investigate any delivery issue, include your order number, checkout email, destination address, issued tracking number, and an explanation. Delivery can be restricted by law, carrier coverage, parcel requirements, or address limitations; we will review the facts and the available carrier response.
