Will shipping be free and how long does it take?

The checkout summary confirms any free-shipping qualification or charge. Expect around 1–2 business days for processing, then approximately 3–5 business days for delivery after dispatch. Those estimates are not promises.

Can a change of mind lead to a return or exchange?

Yes; we accept defective and non-defective returns and exchanges, including wrong selections or personal preference. Ask within 30 days after delivery. Only new, unused goods in original condition, with their original packaging, labels, and accessories, are eligible. Approved returns are mailed back with the free label included in the parcel. We do not levy a restocking fee.

What about a damaged, faulty, wrong, or incomplete item?

Contact us with the order ID, checkout email, and details, accompanied by photos or video of the goods and packaging. We review the issue, and exchanges depend on stock at that time. Wait for authorization before returning anything.
