Refund Policy

To arrange a return or exchange, contact us no later than 30 days after delivery. We accept goods with defects and goods without defects. Merchandise must be new, unused, and in its original condition, with original packaging, labels, and accompanying accessories retained.

Changed preferences, changing your mind, and selecting an incorrect product are permitted non-defective reasons. You may also ask for help with damaged or faulty goods, a wrong shipment, missing contents, or a material mismatch with the product description.

Your request must include the order number, checkout email, and a clear explanation. Add photographs or video of both the item and the packaging for damage, defects, shipping mistakes, or missing pieces. Do not send a parcel back until authorization has been given. An approved return is sent by mail with the free return label enclosed in the original package.

There is no fee for restocking, and exchanges are subject to available inventory. Following approval, refund processing takes no more than 10 days and the money goes back to the original payment method. Your provider may take longer to post the credit to the account.
